Going to go back in time a bit here, back to 2007, the day after our wedding. We hopped on a few planes and after 40 hours of travelling we landed in paradise. Bali. A place that I’ve thought about everyday since leaving, and one that holds a very special place in my heart.

Thinking about it now, I owe my entire wedding photography career to Bali. After we booked this trip, I decided that I wasn’t going to travel across the globe without a “good camera” to take pictures with. So a few months before this trip I picked up my first real camera and DLSR, a Nikon D80 with 2 kit lenses.

Part of me is putting this post up now, in hopes that maybe, just maybe, it will help bring me back. So if you are reading this and are having your wedding in Bali, lets talk.
